7IT Group attaches great importance to protecting your personal data. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

Data we collect

We only collect the data you send us through our forms:

• contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, message;
• support request: the same information, plus a description of your issue;
• training registration: contact details, requested training and any additional information;
• guide or template download: email address or phone number, requested document and, if you agree, your consent to receive our news;
• “Notify me” (shop): email address or phone number and the product concerned;
• equipment reservation (shop): name, phone number, optional email address, product, quantity and any details.

Purposes

This data is used solely to respond to your requests, send you the documents you asked for, organize training sessions and manage our business relationship. We only send you our tips and news if you have agreed to it, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Your data is never sold to third parties.

Retention period

Data sent through our forms is kept for 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted. Data related to a contract or a training course is kept for as long as it is being carried out, then for the period required by our legal obligations, particularly accounting obligations.

Recipients

Your data is intended only for 7IT Group teams and for our hosting provider LWS (Ligne Web Services, France), whose servers host the website and forward the messages sent through our forms. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your conversations are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta), under its own terms. The links to our Facebook and YouTube pages take you to these platforms, which apply their own privacy rules. Online course purchases are processed by our sales platform, which receives the information needed for payment and file delivery, under its own terms.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@7itgroup.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority: in Europe, the authority of your country under the GDPR; in Cameroon, the authority established by Law No. 2024/017 on the protection of personal data.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server: no data is sent to third parties when you visit.
