Where are you based?
We have offices in Yaoundé (Cameroon) and in Germany, which allows us to support clients in both Africa and Europe, on site or remotely.
What services do you offer?

Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Our mission is to help every organization, whether it has 3 employees or 3,000, move forward in the digital world without fear. Our offers adapt to your size and budget.
How are your prices set?
Our prices depend on the scope: number of users, sites and devices, and the service level you need. After a first conversation, we send you a detailed quote with no surprises. Leasing also lets you spread the cost of equipment.
Do you work outside Yaoundé?
Yes. Many of our services are delivered remotely (support, cloud, Microsoft 365, online training), wherever you are. For on-site work (installation, cabling, video surveillance), contact us: we review each request based on your location.
How do I start a project with 7IT Group?
The easiest way is to book a discovery call: we review your needs and suggest first steps. You can also write to us using the contact form or request a quote directly.
Do you install Starlink?
Yes, wherever the Starlink service is authorized: site survey, kit installation, mounting, cabling and integration into your network (Wi-Fi, firewall, failover with your fibre or 4G connection). Starlink availability depends on each country’s regulations: in Cameroon, it is subject to authorization by the authorities. We advise you transparently on the options available where you are.
Do you install security cameras?
Yes. We carry out the security survey, install indoor and outdoor IP cameras with a recorder, set up remote viewing on your smartphone and handle maintenance. We also help you comply with privacy and data protection rules.
Do you provide day-to-day IT support?
Yes. With our managed IT agreements, we provide helpdesk, remote monitoring and maintenance for your workstations, servers and networks. The service level (hours, response times) is defined with you in the agreement.
Do you sell IT equipment?
Yes, through 7IT Technologies: computers, servers, storage, network equipment and software licences, supplied, installed and configured. Our shop also offers new and pre-owned equipment, to reserve online or on WhatsApp and collect from our premises in Ngousso, behind Pharmacie Bleue, in Yaoundé. Leasing also lets you get equipped without tying up cash.
Do you offer certification training?
Yes. 7IT Academy prepares you for Microsoft, CompTIA and cybersecurity certifications, as well as vendor certifications. Every course comes with a certificate of completion.
Can training take place at our premises or online?
Yes: in person at our premises or yours, in a virtual classroom or through e-learning. We adapt the program, pace and format to your team.
Can you help us comply with ISO 27001 or NIS2?
Yes. We carry out a gap analysis, build the necessary policies, procedures and plans with you, train your teams and support you all the way to the audit.
